At LIBERTY FORGED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@libertyforged.store with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear or use
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, the fastest solution is to:
- Return the eligible item
- Receive your refund once approved
- Place a new order separately
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the eligibility conditions listed above, including being unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- It may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund
